モンドリアンと和紙の邂逅01 : 日本古来の朱色

もしモンドリアンの模様を和風とコラボさせたらどうなるだろう？という発想から生まれたアートです。

モダンな幾何学模様に、日本らしいの紋様と和紙の質感を融合させることで、独特な世界を作りました。

線はアクリル絵の具でひとつひとつ丁寧に手描きし、色の入る部分には厳選した千代紙を貼り、コラージュのような質感に仕上げています。

千代紙を選ぶときも懐かしくてつい夢中になり、一枚一枚を厳選して選びました。

単品で飾るとお部屋全体が和テイストでリラックスできますし、シリーズで揃えると立派な現代アートとして飾ることができます。

Mondrian Meets Washi 01:
The Cheerful Interplay of Red

This piece explores: "What if Mondrian's design had a Japanese twist?"

It’s a modern design, but with my own twist.
The geometric lines are hand-painted with acrylic, adding a personal touch.

Instead of the original vivid colors, I used traditional Japanese washi paper.
This creates a collage-like effect.

Choosing from beautiful chiyogami patterns was tough, but the result is refined and beautiful.

It works well on its own or as part of a series.
